De Vries Maagkiezel Fijn van 555 gram is essentieel voor de correcte vertering van voedsel bij vogels. 
Vogels, zoals tropische vogels en kleine kromsnavels, hebben maagkiezel nodig voor het verteren van hun eten. Vogels hebben namelijk een spiermaag en gebruiken maagkiezel om hun eten te vermalen. Zeer belangrijk dus voor een goede vertering! In de oesterschelpen zit calcium en dat zorgt voor sterke botten en stevige eierschalen, en is dus erg belangrijk voor een gezonde vogel en gezonde nakweek!
